PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS
All students, faculty, and staff are required to display a valid Gloucester County College parking decal on any vehicle that is parked on the campus. The primary purpose of the decal is to enable College Security to quickly identify the operator/owner of a vehicle in the event of an emergency. Decals are free and are obtained through the Security Office located in the College Center building.
DESIGNATED HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES THROUGHOUT THE CAMPUS ARE TO BE USED EXCLUSIVELY BY INDIVIDUALS WITH HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS. Handicapped Parking Permits are available for parking in restricted areas through the College Nurse (Instructional Center, Room 449.)

Please observe driving and parking regulations as posted on campus and as described herein so that we may be able to utilize our limited facilities to the greatest advantage.
PLEASE:
(1) Observe the 20 mph posted speed limit while driving on campus.
(2) Please drive only on roadways and park in approved areas.
(3) Remember to stop for all pedestrians in the crosswalks.
(4) Lock your car and take your keys.
(5) Do not leave books or valuables in plain sight.
GCC PARKING DECALS
Parking applications and decals are available from the Security office located in the lower mezzanine of the College Center. Any changes in vehicle description, address, or phone number, or any lost decals, should be reported promptly to the Security Office. Parking decals are not transferable.

PARKING VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO FINES:
FINE SCHEDULE:
First Offense: Written warning in most cases, unless parking in lots A,B,C or F. The warning is on the sign as you enter the lot. First time offense in lots A,B,C, or F: $10 fine
Second Offense: $10 fine,
Third Offense: $25 fine Subsequent Offenses: $25 fine and vehicle subject to tow from campus at owner’s expense.Fines must be paid prior to registration for the next semester, before graduation, or before the release of transcripts.
Fines may be paid at the Cashier, Student Services, during regular business hours: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and 8:30 to 5:00 on Friday.

ANYONE PARKING A VEHICLE ON CAMPUS ASSUMES ALL RISK OF ACCIDENT, AND EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT GLOUCESTER COUNTY COLLEGE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY INJURY TO PERSONS, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
GLOUCESTER COUNTY COLLEGE DOES NOT PROVIDE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SUCH AS OPENING VEHICLES, JUMP STARTING, OR TIRE CHANGING.
